Simonique Moss brings a strong sense of purpose and adaptability to her role at Westfall Law. With a background in psychology, animal welfare, and personal-injury law, she approaches her work with empathy, curiosity, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.

Background

Originally from Jamaica, Simonique grew up in Colorado before moving to New York to attend SUNY Oswego, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology. Her early interest in service led her to volunteer for several years at her local animal shelter, eventually taking on the role of Animal Control Officer. It was during this time—navigating animal welfare laws and municipal enforcement procedures—that her interest in the legal field took root.

She went on to earn an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Pikes Peak State College and has since gained experience in personal injury litigation as a paralegal. At Westfall Law, Simonique brings a steady presence to the team and provides meaningful support to both attorneys and clients.

Outside the Office

Simonique enjoys exploring new places, dining out, and learning new things. She loves spending time with her family and her two dogs—Dick Van Dyke and Tot—who keep her grounded and entertained.
