Marie Rhodes

Marie is a driven legal and operations professional known for her strategic mindset, vibrant personality, and problem-solving skills. Since joining Westfall Law, she has advanced through multiple roles, building a strong foundation in legal support, case management, and firm operations.

Background

Marie gained early legal experience at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, where she strengthened her analytical and remediation skills. She joined Westfall Law as a Legal Assistant and Office Coordinator, was later promoted to Family Law Paralegal, and ultimately to Director of Operations. These experiences have given her a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s work and her continued growth in the legal and operations field.

Marie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Pre-Law concentration and a minor in Business Administration from Le Moyne College, where she was a Division I volleyball player. As a student-athlete, she developed the discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that continue to shape her professional approach.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Marie’s individuality is reflected in her jewelry pieces, which express her individuality and personal style. She enjoys exploring festivals and local markets, spending time outdoors, listening to rock and roll, and arranging floral bouquets. She deeply cherishes time spent with her loved ones, especially her cats, Ozzy Osbourne and Angel.
