Judith Rhodes brings more than thirty years of legal experience to Westfall Law, with a deep focus on estate planning, family law, and client care. Known for her reliability, warmth, and clarity of communication, Judi combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping families plan for the future.

Background

Originally from Millinocket, Maine, and raised in central New York, Judi has spent much of her life in the Syracuse area. After graduating from Cortland High School, she began her career as a legal assistant and paralegal. Encouraged by a mentor to pursue further education, Judi earned her associate’s degree from Tompkins Cortland Community College before transferring to Syracuse University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology—all while working full-time and raising her daughter.

She went on to earn her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, graduating with honors and receiving the statewide Pro Bono Service Award, the only law student in New York to receive that distinction that year.

Following law school, Judi opened her own firm in Baldwinsville, NY, where she practiced in the areas of matrimonial & family law and estate planning. Family commitments then brought her to sunny Florida, where she continued working in the legal field with a focus on elder law and estate planning—a practice area that quickly became her professional passion.

Judi thrives on guiding clients through the planning process with confidence, compassion, and clarity. Her motto—“my handshake is my word”—reflects the deep integrity she brings to every interaction.
