Ariella brings a strong background in public service and high-volume litigation support to her role at Westfall Law. With a foundation in family court practice, she is known for her efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to keep complex matters organized and moving forward.

Background

Ariella earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating cum laude. She served as Chief Paralegal / Special Urban Investigator for the Family Court Bureau of the Monroe County Public Defender’s Office. She managed a demanding caseload in one of the region’s busiest legal environments, helping ensure cases were prepared thoroughly, efficiently, and ready for trial. She supports complex family-law matters by providing leadership, operational oversight, and high-level legal support to attorneys and staff..

Her experience in public defense gives her a well-rounded perspective on advocacy and a deep appreciation for the importance of clear communication, preparation, and client care—especially in high-stakes, fast-moving matters.

Outside the Office

At home, Ariella is a proud mom of two. Her household is kept lively by her two rescue dogs—Brisket, an English bulldog, and Pico, a “formerly homeless” puppy who keeps everyone on their toes.

Ariella enjoys staying connected to her local community and can often be found exploring festivals, hunting for treasures at flea markets, or attending concerts. She enjoys traveling, cooking international cuisine, gardening, and taking on DIY home-remodeling projects.
